So yeah, I did something big...

I told everyone I'm pregnant (via facebook)... Well, I'm not pregnant via facebook... that would just be weird and impossible but people found out via facebook.

I'm kind of worried about friends forming negative opinions of me and not wanting to be friends anymore, but to be honest I don't really care what people think about it. I think I'm going to avoid facebook for a while to avoid any awkward questions though lol.

At least it's all out in the open now. I'm starting to look pregnant so I don't think I'd have been able to pass it off as getting fat for much longer. I'm so glad I don't have to keep hiding stuff anymore and I no longer have to remember to be careful about what I'm saying.

The squigglytiddlypeep is due on October 19th, so I'm 17 weeks pregnant at the moment. Seeing the scan was amazing and it made it seem so real (in a good way). I have another scan in a couple of weeks and I can't wait!

Yes, it was the result of a drunken accident, but I don't regret it one bit. I love it even though it isn't born yet and it's amazing. Kind of worried about October though- I'm still traumatised from when my mum gave birth to my half brother... it must be a lot more scary when it's actually happening to me... I'm actually quite excited though! =]

So that's the full(ish) story.

Hoobletoodledoo.

I made a cake.

I made a cake. It tastes hoobacious, but it looks like crap. It was supposed to turn out all colourful and whatnot but it didn't. Next time I want to make an interesting looking cake I'll use a different recipe. It was fun to make, but it really, really was quite a shame that it wasn't so photogenic. Not only does it taste good, but it feels awesome in your mouth. All in all, I'm quite pleased with it... despite the fact it went wrong.

I'm going to be making a few cakes over the next few days because I need to perfect my cake making skills by Tuesday because I'm going to make my half brother a birthday cake.

Baking is fun.

I couldn't get the picture of it to work for some reason, but it looks like http://www.twitpic.com/589qn <-- that. =] Hoobletoodledoo.

My furball.

Before you start reading: NO JOKES ABOUT FURRIES!

I think I'm going to cough up a furball. I feel like I have a lump of hair somewhere in either my trachea or oesophagus, not sure which. I keep coughing and couging but I just can't get it up (not that, you filthbag- the furball :P). It's horrible and I wish I was a cat because they're supposed to get furballs. I feel like some kind of anomaly. Maybe I'm not really human, or maybe my body is trying to tell me I'm really some kind of human-cat hybrid, that it's been masquerading as human all these years and now it's time to come out of the closet... or cat litter tray. So many possible theories. O_o

Perhaps I'm wrong and it isn't a furball... Maybe it's something to do with my current affliction. I have swine flu (although it's really just a bad cold, but swine flu sounds more dramatic :P)...

Speaking of swine flu, the Egyptian pig massacre was ridiculous... I thought Egyptians were supposed to be clever with all the pyramids and stuff... In fact, why didn't they just lock the piggies in a pyramid for a while so they would have time to research things properly? And then if they still felt like being absolute retards, they could have sent all the piggies to another country... preferably this one because I really want a pet pig.

... Anyhow, back to my cold. It's a nightmare! I filled up a whole bin with used tissues, my nose is a waterfall, my head hurts, my throat is somewhere between sore and itchy and blahblahblahblahblahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. >.< Although I did fall asleep with my head on the dog this morning... could have inhaled and/or swallowed some dog hair I guess. =/

Anyhow, hoobletoodledoo!

A very sad day...

Oh no. Over the last few weeks I have grown rather fond of a young cat called Fluffy. She's an adorable little ball of fluff with a tail bushy enough to put Basil Brush to shame. She acts more like a dog than a cat and is fucking hilarious... Sadly, some shit happened and now she has to go to some kind of kitty orphanage. Not only will I never see her again, but it will make her 10 year old owner exceedingly sad. I've begged and begged the grandparents to let her stay here for a bit, but they wont because of the dog and the rodents. Apparently the dog would hate it, but I know for a fact that Polly loves cats and the most that would happen would be a wee bit of doggy jealousy. The rodent problem would be easy enough to get round - I would just have to find a way to stop Fluffy getting to them which would pretty much only involve moving Jarvis into my bedroom and not letting Fluffy go in there. I don't understand why the grandparents have a problem with it. It's a very sad day. =[

In other news, I am now up to date with my Waterloo Road DVDs. I bought series two and the second one of series three... tonight should be fun... lots of Waterloo Road whilst spending hoobloads of time brushing my hair. I might even dye my hair today. What colour? I hear you ask... BROWN! Yes, a normal colour. In fact, my natural colour. I haven't had that since about three months after my 16th birthday. I don't miss it whatsoever and I have no idea what my motives for wanting brown hair are, but hey ho! XD

I'm still doing the Volvic 14 day challenge. I think I'm on about day 20 now! I'm loving the volcanic hydration. I might turn it into the 14 year challenge.

I passionately hate both Bejeweled and Tetris. No matter how hard I try, I just can not beat my highest scores in either of them. It's exceedingly frustrating!

Anyhow, hoobletoodledoo!

Toilet Origami..

Gosh, it has once again been quite a while since I last updated this.

I was doing a quizzy thing on facebook earlier and one of the questions was 'do you scrunch or fold toilet paper?' and it got me thinking... Why would anyone bother to fold it? It takes more time and effort and is blatantly pointless. It would be ok if someone was going to see the toilet paper, but it's going DOWN THE TOILET not to a tea party. There is no need to make it look aesthetically pleasing, especially when it's going to end up with shit or something on it. It's fucking ridiculous. Origami is fine... but not when you're on the toilet. >.<

And ermm... I can't think of anything else to say apart from that I'll update more often... but I always say that, so pay no attention! :P

Hamsters and pi...

I've been attempting to teach Jarvis how to use a wheel thingy. He still doesn't understand the concept. I thought his new wheel might be easier to use than his old one, but nopes... it obviously wasn't a problem with the wheel. He's probably the only hamster in the world who doesn't know how to use one. Maybe he's just the thickest hamster in the world. I don't care if he is, he'll always be awesome and cute.

Since pi day I've been trying to memorize pi to lots of digits. So far I can only remember up to about 10 digits, but I'll get better at it. Yes, I have no life.

I spent ages trying to remember what that film with the Jewish boy with the pet mouse in the ghetto was called. After about 2 hours of frantic googling, I finally found out that it was called The Island On Bird Street. It's a really good film. Shame I can't find it online anywhere.

I've been pondering the future a lot recently and I realised yesterday that from Septemberish I'm going to be very lonely. All my friends will be going to uni and I wont be. Really shouldn't have quit college in 2007. Meep.

Gosh, I write boring blogs!

Updateyness!

I haven't written anything in quite a while... In fact, I don't even think I've written anything yet in 2009! I'm going to start writing more... if I remember.

I quit school just over a month ago. I know I have a habit of quitting things and I was trying to kick the habit, but I didn't succeed. It just got so boring! I wish I hadn't quit though. Not doing anything is all good for a couple of weeks but after that it just gets boring. Not being in school is pretty much fucking up my life. I hardly ever see any of my friends and I'm once again back to being completely nocturnal. Meep. My life is back where it was a year ago. I'll find something to occupy my time with eventually... But I want to go back... I really want to go back! I miss the vending machine with all the Red Devil in it.

It's my 18th birthday in 19 days. I'm surprisingly unexcited. I don't want to grow up! There's also that really awkward thing about recieving presents. It's not that I hate getting new stuff, I just don't like the thought that people could have spent the money they spent on me on something they needed and I know I haven't done anything to warrant recieving presents anyway. I guess it's a weird guilt thing.

I really want to go to a different country... even if it's only for a couple of days (and no, I don't mean england!). The last time I left the UK was when I was 14. I went to Ypres and The Somme with school. It was pretty awesome... I think... All I really remember is that there were loads of awesome signs (see picture ^ up there somewhere), I got really cheap candyfloss from a little chocolate shop, the teachers fucked up the vegetarian meals one day so they just bought us a load of chocolate and we went in loads of graveyards. I really need to go somewhere! I'm so tempted to just bugger off to Paris one weekend... I'd hate to go alone though, so I probably wont.

I'll write again later when I have something more interesting to write.
